About me

Hi, I’m Bryttany — but you can call me B (most people do).

I’m a Product Designer who enjoys untangling complex problems and turning them into experiences that actually make sense to the people using them. Over the past decade, I’ve worked on enterprise products and systems where clarity, collaboration, and adaptability matter more than flashy solutions.

I’m naturally curious, collaborative by default, and always learning — whether that’s refining my design craft, mentoring teammates, or exploring new spaces like game UI and interactive design.

What shapes me as a designer

Quick Snapshot

My experience at a glance:

  • Product Design Lead with 10+ years of experience.
  • Background in UX, UI, Accessibility, AI and interaction design.
  • Experience designing enterprise SaaS, platforms, and complex workflows.
  • Strong collaborator across product, engineering, and research.
  • Comfortable owning problems from early discovery through delivery.

I’ve spent much of my career designing within constraints — legacy systems, regulatory environments, tight timelines — and enjoy finding clarity and simplicity within complexity.

Adaptable

My design approach:

I approach design as a collaborative, iterative practice grounded in understanding people and constraints.

In practice, that usually looks like:

  • Building a strong understanding of the problem space and context.
  • Partnering early and often with stakeholders to align on goals.
  • Exploring and testing ideas before committing to solutions.
  • Iterating toward outcomes that are both usable and scalable.

Rather than following a rigid process, I adapt my approach to the needs of the project, the team, and the users.

Design Values

What guides my work:

Clear, efficient documentation is essential to building shared understanding and moving teams forward. I treat documentation as an extension of the design process — capturing decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale so teams can align, iterate, and scale without unnecessary friction.

Strong design outcomes come from working closely with product, engineering, and research — not designing in a vacuum. I prioritize collaboration early and often to surface constraints, challenge assumptions, and ensure solutions are both usable and feasible.

I view learning as an ongoing part of my role, not a phase of my career. Whether it’s refining existing skills, exploring new tools, or entering adjacent spaces like game UI, I actively seek opportunities to grow and bring new perspectives back into my work.

I aim to create solutions that work not just for today’s use case, but for what comes next. This means thinking in systems, anticipating edge cases, and designing patterns that can flex and grow as products and teams evolve.

A strong foundation leads to stronger outcomes. I prioritize structure, hierarchy, and flow before visual polish to ensure designs are clear, intentional, and resilient — especially in complex or content-heavy experiences.
