The Life Event Verification tool was confusing for users and inefficient for the business, leading to missed actions and increased support needs. I redesigned the experience to streamline the flow, surface only relevant information, and clearly guide users through their verification tasks. Through targeted UI patterns and user testing, the new design improved task completion, reduced confusion, and ensured users understood what was required at every step.
